All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. No code necessary. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order.

A remote area surcharge applies to certain locations in some countries. This fee will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the remote area surcharge will still apply.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed, so please double-check your details before checking out. We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. However, during busy periods, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link by email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
